- Dispatch Time: All custom pieces dispatch within 14 working days from design approval (1-2 days approval + 10-12 days artisan embroidery + QC/packing).
- Delivery: PAN-India in 10 - 15 days post-dispatch via DTDC/Blue Dart. Free shipping over ₹5,000; otherwise ₹100-200. International available
- Updates: WhatsApp notifications at order receipt, day 7, dispatch (with tracking).
